As I’ve noted in the past, I have a D-Link DIR-655 wireless router. Mine is a little older, so I have the A4 hardware version — the latest is Rev B. Over the past week or so, I’ve experienced a number of connection problems.
We recently replaced our HP LaserJet 1200 with a Brother 2170W wireless laser printer. The new printer arrived today, so I thought I’d share some tips for setting it up to work in a Mac environment.
This is just a quick followup to my previous post about the Belkin N+ wireless router. While I’ve been able to get my firmware problems sorted out, I’ve run into another snag with this otherwise excellent router.
I just picked up a new Belkin N+ wireless router. This is an 802.11n router with four gigabit ethernet ports as well as a USB port for attaching an external hard drive. All in all, it seems like a very nice wireless router. I did, however, run into a semi-major snag while setting it up.
