After eleven months of uneventful operation, we just had another error code on our LG Tromm front-loading washer. We previously had an OE error code and a tE error code. This time, it was a UE error code.
Talk about annoying. About two weeks ago, our LG washer started giving a tE error code and refusing to complete the current cycle. After realizing that this was due to a problem with the thermistor, we decided to call in a professional to fix it.
When it rains it pours… This morning, our LG Tromm front-loading washer issued another series of beeps indicating an error. This time, however, it wasn’t the tE error code that we’ve grown accustomed to. Instead, it was an OE error code.
Speaking of troubleshooting an LG washing machine… If you need to drain your washer, here’s how: turn it on, hit the spin speed button (timer will read 13 min), and hit start. That’s it. For reference, our washer is model # WM2487HWM.
My wife recently heard a funny chime from our LG Tromm front-loading washer. When she went to the laundry room, it was reporting error code tE. The manual instructed her to unplug the washer and call for service.
As I noted previously, my wife’s Pantech Matrix cell phone has taken a beating. It’s been dunked in water. Twice. And while we were able to dry out her phone without any problems the first time, it didn’t survive the second dunking.
