Solved: Madden 25 for Xbox One Not Saving Games in Offline Career Mode

I recently wrote about a problem with Madden 25 not saving games when playing in offline career mode. It didn’t happen every time, but it happened often enough to be a huge annoyance — but not consistently enough for me to diagnose.

Well, in response to that post, a commenter named Dmack2171 posted a possible solution. And guess what? It works!

The problem, it seems is that Madden 25 gets confused when you’re playing in career mode and there’s a second profile signed in. The end result is that, instead of going to the franchise menu where you can save, you get dumped back out to the main menu when you finish a game.

So… Just sign in with a single profile and all should be well.

And to protect against unintentional sign ins, I recommend going to the settings for each profile and turning of the Kinect auto-sign-in. That way you won’t end up with a second profile accidentally signed in because the Kinect saw someone walk into the room.
